Service Description

After we complete our general contract discussion and identify your issues and concerns, the next step is getting us a copy of your completely executed contract and having us complete a compliance review. This review is an in-depth audit of the entire contract where we break sections into user-friendly (and eye-friendly!) sections that can be reviewed individually. This process allows us to help you identify a variety of things, from language shortfalls, vague or conflicting contract requirements, scopes of work, and fines/penalties for failure of performance. You get the peace of mind that we scour the entire document to offer ways to not only improve your contracting, but are able to create a dialogue with the vendor and work together to resolve compliance discrepancies. After all, you should not be paying for services that are not being delivered!
